Every time an adjustment is made to a job, or it is moved to a different phase of the process we are notified via email so that nothing goes unseen. This is the case as well when we at Rapid Duct Testing make an adjustment to a job, or when we move it to our three different phases. The first of these phases is the “pending” phase and is communicated on both ends, but once the job has been scheduled it is moved to “active” and the administrative notes will inform you of the date and time of the scheduled testing appointment. The in between process of getting a customer scheduled will be tracked by the notes that are left for both parties to read. This ensures communication concerning any special needs, or requests that a customer may have expressed to your company. Of course, the best part is once your job has been completed all paperwork is uploaded into the portal. All jobs under your account will remain in the portal, so if you lose the file, don’t worry it will still be there!
